There is nothing I like better that providing a reference for Al and Marie. You could not choose more wisely. Marie is a great communicator, responds to emails immediately, knows how to properly stage a house, was always fair, realistic, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only would I use her again, but I have already recommended her to friends and to my own children.

I was 100% satisfied with their service. They could not have worked harder to sell my house. I guarantee that your home will be in the safest of hands when you leave. My one piece of advice for you is to – do what they suggest! I originally insisted on pricing my home $15,000 higher than Marie and Al suggested and found that I was behind the curve. As soon as I started doing exactly what they suggested, we started getting many more showings in a very problematic market. I learned my lesson.

There’s also something to be said for getting Two for the Price of One! I found that I had many more open houses than anyone else in my neighborhood and, in fact, eventually sold to someone who saw it on the internet and then came to one of the open houses. Al and Marie are great negotiators and I knew that they always had my best interest in mind.

And, in case you’re wondering, - I had never met them before I hired them. I’d met with 3 other realtors, but Al and Marie were clearly the front runners from the beginning!

I would highly recommend Al and Marie Hansen as Realtors to buy or sell a home. I have bought and sold five properties, and Al and Marie are the best Realtors that I have worked with. In this situation, they took an unusual property that had been for sale for 9 months, and aggressively marketed it until it was sold. The Hansen's advertised the property monthly in various presses. Open Houses were also held often. The Hansen's are hard-working people! They are knowledgeable about real estate and market conditions.

Yet, what most impressed me about working with Al and Marie is their creativity. Every time I would ask what we should do next to sell the house, they would come up with interesting options, not just the usual "drop the price" option.

A few months ago, my husband and I were thinking of selling our house and moving to another because we want better schools for our children.  At the time we were just browsing the market, kind of like "window shopping."  To be honest we were not that serious about moving, because we thought we should wait, therefore we did not have an agent.  On Labor Day, we were driving around the neighborhoods that we had in mind, and spotted a house that was listed by Al and Marie.  We called Marie and asked her to show it us.  Even though it was a holiday, Marie showed up immediately.  To make a long story short, we met Al and Marie by chance, no referral, never had heard of either them or their office, but they became the very best agents that we have ever experienced or heard of.  Here are some of the reasons and examples why we are so happy with them:

•-          Always say what they do and do what they say - very upfront, efficient, resourceful, and professional.  Always on top of every matter.

•-          Took great care of our every single need - time line, inspection info, termite info, loans info, keys, checks, escrow and even moving boxes, etc....

•-          Never undermined what we wanted in a house - we had very specific reference in the kind of house that we were looking for, and Al and Marie completely respected our culture, tradition, and provided the most patience service that we have ever since.

•-          Consistently encouraged us to hang in there - very positive advice at all times.  There were times when my husband and I just wanted to forget about the whole thing because of problems with getting the right loan, the right house and the right buyer, but Al and Marie looked around and provided us with an excellent lender, and loan officer.

•-          Always available when we called, and always returned our phone calls with satisfied answers.

In conclusion, there are no words that are great enough to describe how excellent "the Hansen Duo" are.  Al and Marie took complete customer service to the next level.  They gave "customer satisfaction" a whole different meaning, "two thumbs up," and amazing.  Without their valuable expertise, the whole deal may have fallen apart.
